To cut by hand is in our DNA at Pandalus. Every day we cut a long list of fish by hand, which covers:

• Cod
• Witch flounder
• Haddock
• Hake
• Large black saithe
• Tusk
• Halibut
• Lemon sole
• Catfish


Many years of experience in the field is not something to be mistaken of and it shows in our products – in other words: we know what we are doing!

Not two costumers are the same, and we know how important the single cut can be to the costumer. Because of this we do our cuts by request, and always accommodates our costumers needs.
